Introduction
Dr. Ravinder Senior Secondary School is one of the school established by Malwa Educational Society in 2011, located at Bajakhana in Faridkot Punjab. It is a Co-ed school affiliated with ‘Punjab School Education Board, Mohali and recognised by Punjab Government. The management activates are taken care by the Malwa Educational Society.
History of Malwa Educational Society
Malwa Educational Society is founded by Late Dr. Ravinder Singh with the aim of development in the field of education and dream of imparting quality education. This organization is registered under the Society Registration Act, XXI of 1860 and very well known for bringing educational and healthcare development in Faridkot region and community welfare work. It started with a nursing college in 2000 and established many colleges in the subsequent years which have been doing effective work in improving the education standards and providing affordable education. In 2013, with the aim of providing quality education at affordable cost, a convent school has been opened which was the vision of the co-founder of Malwa Educational Society.

Er. Jarnail Singh started this institute in the memory of Dr. Ravinder Singh founder of Malwa Group of Institutions with the motive to increase the literacy rate. It is a co-ed English medium school and the classes that are being taught here are from ninth to twelfth. The various subjects taught here are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Science, Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies.
We have a team of well qualified and certified teachers who are efficient to adopt various methods of teaching to make it interesting for the students to learn the theories and concepts of various subjects. At the stage of senior secondary, the students are also given the practical tasks to develop and find their interest so that they could choose a subject in the class 11th.
Senior secondary years of school life is that phase which includes a challenging transition from life of a child to that of an adult. This is time when students start figuring out what interest them a lot and what career they could choose.
Our courses have been designed in a way that gives them the practical experience along with the theoretical experience too. In the curriculum of these classes, apart from interactive sessions in the classroom, we do organize and motivate them to take part in workshops, exhibitions, seminars to develop their critical and analytical thinking. They are given suggestion or guidance what could be best in terms of opportunities to grown in professional life.

Infrastructure
Campus of Dr. Ravinder Sen. Sec. School is located at Lambwali, Malla road, Bajakhana which is amid lush greenery. It comprise of all the amenities such as well-equipped auditorium for seminars or functions with good seating capacity, in-house transport facilities for students, cafeteria, modernized and well-functioning computer & science labs, library, IT infrastructure and hostel for students, well ventilated and modernized classrooms.
